Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Perform echocardiograms on patients following established protocols and procedures. 2. Evaluate echocardiographic images for quality and completeness, ensuring accurate documentation. 3. Assist in coordinating patient appointments and scheduling echo procedures efficiently. 4. Prepare patients for echocardiograms by explaining the procedure, obtaining relevant medical history, and addressing any concerns. 5. Operate and maintain echo equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness. 6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely reporting and interpretation of echo results. 7. Provide patient education regarding echo procedures, results, and any necessary follow-up. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of echo studies and patient information. 9. Assist in other clinical duties as needed, including patient care and administrative tasks. Requirements: - Education: Associate\'s degree in diagnostic medical sonography or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an echo technician, preferably in a clinical setting. - Certification: Certification in echocardiography preferred. - Skills: Proficiency in operating echo equipment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
