• IT Functional expert in the respective domains.
• Functional role in managing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Financials in all countries of operations.
• Role will be part of the implementation and support team focused on Oracle Financials, along with bespoke custom modules related to this domain.
• Primarily responsible for maintaining the Oracle modules.
• Financials - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, EBS Tax and SLA.
• Supply Chain - Inventory, Order Management, Purchase Orders, Pricing
• HRMS - Core HR, Payroll, Self-service support
• Work with a software development team to enhance or create custom modules for business.
• Work will work with partners and internal technical teams for bug fixes and to design and develop custom modules.
• Understand, learn, and support the business processes currently implemented in the organization.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by users via the Service Request system.
• Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for change requests.
• Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality and suggest process improvements.
• Lead user sessions for requirements and testing.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform functional testing with the aim to meet the desired objectives and quality.
• Work with the core Development and Business Intelligence team for designing custom modules and Analytics as and when required by business.
• Work on implementation, enhancement projects taken up by IT, in line with business initiatives.
• Learn and adopt the documentation needs and practices of the Organization. Maintain Existing documentation and create new ones as per the IT standards. Documents include Solution Designs, Unit and Integration test cases, Operation guides and Knowledge base solution notes.
• Develop appropriate training programs and conduct training to assist business departments in adopting new or enhanced software programs/modules & business processes.
• Independently own-up Projects for the organization and establish as an IT Leader.
• Work with partners to ensure SLA are met and needful functions are deployed.

What you are responsible to achieve:
• This is a functional role performing under the Business Support team in IT to undertake development, implementation, and support activities in the financial systems. This role directly works with the respective Finance, supply chain and HR team to support their needs and map business process requirements on the system.

• Optimal functionality maintained for business.
• Optimal solutions and process maps provided for new requirements.
• Timely fix and promote required functions.
• Work with Lead/manager, team head and department head to ensure the core services are managed and maintained for best throughput for business.
• Ensure As built and Operations guides are created and maintained for all business processes in use in respective domains.
Competence and Capabilities:
• Bachelor's or higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Business functions and Technology related streams in Finance functions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting IT functions in your domain of expertise.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Functional certificate in one or more ERP financial domains preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 and above.
• Subject matter expert in your domain - Financials, Supply Chain or Human Resources. Excellent business mapping and solution providing skills.
• Analytical mind to understand the trends and improvise on situations.
• Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.
• Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.
• Candidates must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication cloud.
