- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children.
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow.
- Observe and assess children\'s behavior, development, and progress.
- Collaborate with parents and families to support children\'s learning and development at home.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Plan and organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children\'s progress and development.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant experience working with young children.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of children\'s needs.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other educators and staff members.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
