Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Female Manager to support the daily operations of our Early Childhood Centre , ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing staff and implementing the centres policies. You will work closely with the Centre Director to uphold the centre's values, mission, and vision while ensuring the wellbeing of children, staff, and parents.
Role Objectives:
• Inspire confidence in parents and families.
• Foster professional growth and manage internal and external relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality & Education: Ensure continuous improvement of the centre's educational standards, focusing on positive outcomes for children.
• Health & Safety: Maintain policies and procedures that ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
• Curriculum Implementation: Ensure lesson plans follow the EYFS curriculum and oversee their delivery.
Operational Duties:
• Promote the centre's values, mission, vision, and curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with all centre policies, including administration and early years practice.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle parental inquiries.
• Manage staff performance, including supervision, induction, and training programs.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and well-equipped environment.
Parents & Students:
• Oversee admissions and ensure compliance with the centre's admissions policy.
• Manage communication with parents, including weekly updates and handling concerns.
• Ensure accurate administrative records are maintained.
• Work with parents and external agencies to support children's development.
Finance & Marketing:
• Conduct tours for prospective families and collaborate with finance on budgets and fees.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media and enrolment targets.
• Monitor fee collection and payments.
Government & Regulatory Compliance:
• Manage compliance with regulatory bodies such as KHDA, DHA, and Dubai Municipality.
• Implement recommendations from inspections to maintain high standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Years Education, or CACHE Level 5 (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in nursery or early years management.
• Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (required)
• Fluent in Arabic (preferred)
