Take your career to the next level The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates, where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in: All activities related to the testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use. includes Performance Services, Performance tests Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. Handles targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.

Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.

HSE Induction to familiarize the trainees on Baker Hughes Safety Standards

Wellsite visits for monitoring and watching the execution phases

Gaining hands on experience on certified high performing machines.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this traineeship you will:

Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering .

Be legally entitled to work in OMAN, without sponsorship or time any restrictions.

Be a high achiever and interested in a career in engineering.

Graduated from your Bachelors' degree within the last 12 months

Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
