Leveraging leading indicators and continuous improvement principles, this position will influence top-down, bottom-up and interdepartmental focus to enable sustainable capacity and capability improvements to meet 2026 services growth goals and exceed customer expectations.What You Will DoConduct operational safety assessments with District and Dealer Personnel to develop improvement action plans and gap resolution initiatives to proactively address/mitigate risk, increase near-miss reporting and reduce Recordable Injury Frequency (RIF).Present operational safety performance and progress to District Managers, Vice Presidents of Distribution and interdepartmental leadership, highlighting opportunity and support needs.Provide coaching and mentoring District Field Reps and Dealer Service Personnel in the areas of safety operations, including but not limited to: -RIF and near-miss analysis across all areas of the business (parts, shop, field and rental. Risk Assessment & Safe System of work. Incident investigation, corrective action and sharing of safety incidents within organization. Provide operational safety training to Dealer Leadership and Personnel, organize best practice Dealer sharing meetings Coordinating with Global Service and Cat Safety Services teams to develop and enhance programs and offerings.
