Job SummaryWood is currently recruiting for E3D Administrator with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our team in Dubai.Responsibilities
Reports to the Lead Piping Engineer and supports other disciplines as required
Checks that 3D Model Working Instructions, Job specifications, Procedures, tagging Catalogs & Standards are available for/ from disciplines working in 3D (and accessible for all)
Ensure that all procedures are correctly applied in the 3D model
Manage system clash checks, LFM set up and troubleshooting
Custodian of E3D model
Report generation (MTO, bolt, clash, line count, etc.)
Creates and updates catalogue for all components
Able to assess the impact of a modification and challenge and inform disciplines of the consequences of the modifications for 3D modelling
In-depth knowledge of AVEVA E3D
Collaborative approach and well organized
Creating and maintaining the SP3D Project Data base and Project Plant structure
Conduct regular Audits to ensure compliance to procedures and Frameworks
Proven experience interfacing effectively with other disciplines, project managers, multiple client stakeholders
Drawing template creation and customization of all discipline deliverables
Interference detection
Development, support standardization & customization
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry at least 7 years in the same role
Educated Diploma level with professional qualifications and accreditation relevant to the role
Expertise in the use of AUTOCAD, E3D, ERM, LFM server and other CAD software
