Demand Planning and overall Supply Chain knowledge
About The Role (Key Responsibilities).The E-Key Account Manager is responsible for crafting and executing the e-commerce strategy to achieve the targeted Retail, Net and Profitability through the designated ME Pureplayers.
Drive the partnership strategically with the platforms to ensure commercial success
Plan and execute the online marketing /trade calendar with brand launches, online exclusives, promotions, events and any activation to achieve sales targets.
Negotiation/Commercial
Contribute to online sell out budget planification and revision each month whilst maintaining commitment to targets
Manage and Control P&L including Opex and Retail to net in collaboration with brand team and Finance team.
Leading the negotiations with Pureplayers to ensure ELC ME has priority over special events using internal brand data to support negotiation efforts
Allocate budgets per campaign and negotiate strong campaign exposure across all touch points with the best possible ROI
Ensuring all parties adhere to the annual agreements and take an active role in contract renewals to ensure learnings are added
Analysis and Insights Generation
Manage the collation of data sources from retailers to assess performance vs. targets
Analyzing sales by brand/sku/market/category and identifying areas of growth and opportunity
Manage Criteo investments and bids, optimize vs performance and priorities
Reporting the opportunity areas to key stakeholders and gain support internally
Create clear action plans based on opportunities to drive and grow the business
Explore user behavior on Pureplayer sites and general online trends; shares industry and market best practices
Organize quarterly business reviews with players & brands to go through past performance and future expectations as well as align on marketing calendars
Relationship Building
Internally influencing ELC ME stakeholders to prioritize the given accounts
Ensure the best budgets, offers and launches to achieve targets
Leverage relevant teams to fix any challenges (supply chain, brands)
Externally build strong relationships with buying and marketing teams at player level + distributors to enable meeting deadlines and work collaboratively
Inventory Management
Support the forecasting, demand planning and online customer service aspects of the e-commerce sites in conjunction with the relevant partner, the brand and internal Supply Chain department.
In strict collaboration with the brand, distributors and retailers, manage sample & GWP inventory, online exclusives, prelaunch and inline products
Follow the process of monthly replenishment orders and negotiate optimum sell in to reach agreed targets
Creating marketing plans with retailers and pure players and coordinate the tracking of all online campaigns, including CRM and paid digital media programs, using available ELC tools and reporting processes
Insights, Innovation & Strategy
Manage and launch innovations on Pureplayers as their key beauty partner
Leading A/B testing on Pureplayers to develop learnings and scale best practice
Collaborate with Pureplayers to develop their beauty and/or prestige category
Gain learnings from Region & Global from other markets and scale in Middle East (and vice versa share back wins and failures to the region)
Feed into the short and longterm Pureplayer & 3PP strategy across brand, channel, portfolio and consumer lenses
Operations
Drive the online brand performance through the retailer and distributor by executing the strategy to meet net sales targets
Redefines the processes & ways of working
Works with the Regional and Global teams to scale and implement best practices locally.
Support the Paid/Owned/Earned Media teams with the execution of the yearly online marketing calendar in close collaboration with the brand and the region
Lead the execution of the retailer brand launches, report and monitor results
Oversees the content creation and campaign launches including: Translations, video content creation and testing process and ensure all is optimized to win on Pureplayer platforms
Organization
Work in strict collaboration with all internal and external partners
Perform other duties as assigned that help drive the overall performance of Online at ELC ME
