Job Title: E-commerce Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Designer to join our growing team. As an E-commerce Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized online stores and web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX), web design principles, and the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Website Design:

Create and maintain attractive, functional, and responsive designs for e-commerce websites and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

User Experience (UX):

Focus on designing intuitive and seamless shopping experiences for users, from product discovery to checkout.

Wireframes & Prototypes:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for website features, product pages, and user flows.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure that design elements align with brand guidelines and create visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet business objectives.

A/B Testing and Optimization:

Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to optimize design elements for improved conversion rates.

Product Pages & Catalog Design:

Design product pages, category pages, banners, and other assets that showcase products in the best light.

Stay Current:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an e-commerce designer, web designer, or UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce websites and UI projects. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.). Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design integrates with them. Knowledge of responsive web design principles and mobile-first design. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Noon and others. Strong understanding of user experience, user-centered design principles, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
