Liaise with business and technology teams to understand requirements and processes, translating these into functional CRM specifications .Oversee the design process for product enhancements, customizations, or upgrades to deliver a more tailored CRM solution.Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for all Dynamics projects.Ensure industry best practices, data security, and compliance while implementing CRM solutions.
Profile
7+ years of experience in IT supporting Dynamics 365 CRM.Must be Arabic speaking.Proactive, decision-taking individual with outstanding problem-solving skills.Analytical, detail oriented and possesses strong communication skills.
