Duties & Responsibilities

Implementation and configuration: Design, implement and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, tailored to customer requirements. Optimization with AI and Copilot Studio: Use and integrate AI and Copilot Studio technologies to improve operational efficiency and process automation. Systems Integration: Manage the integration of Dynamics 365 with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP and other Microsoft services, ensuring a unified user experience. Participation in pre-sales: Actively participate in pre-sales processes, carry out functional and technical demonstrations. Proposal Development: Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals, highlighting the benefits and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial and consulting teams to ensure excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Experience

Degree/Higher Vocational Training related to Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a similar field. Minimum of 6 years' experience in implementing, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 (CRM and Power Platform. Advanced knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps , and Power Automate . Experience in implementing and configuring AI-based solutions and Copilot Studio . Extensive experience in integration with ERP systems such as Business Central and SAP . Demonstrable experience in conducting functional and technical demonstrations for potential clients.
