The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resource functions, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with policies, and a supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities. Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Administrative Management: Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management, facility maintenance, and security. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services. Oversee the management of company records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
