We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin and HR professional to join our team at our electrical cable factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resource functions, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with policies, and a supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities. Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Administrative Management: Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management, facility maintenance, and security. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services. Oversee the management of company records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory bodies. Qualification
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Proven ability to manage administrative functions and facility operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
