• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• You will oversee the daytime supervision of the front of house operation of the Residences.
• You will provide leadership and support to all members of the Front Office and manage and follow up with the Security, Valet, Housekeeping and Engineering departments throughout the Day.
• You will be the first point of call for all residents such there be any queries or requests during your shift.
• You will replace the Night Manager when required.

• Previous experience as Duty Manager is preferred. High level of English and additional languages are an advantage.
