Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Duty Manager to join our leadership team. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction while supporting the team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the hotel during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and promptly resolving guest concerns. Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless guest experience. Monitor the hotel's appearance, cleanliness, and functionality, addressing any issues immediately. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, transforming challenges into opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, and company policies. Assist the Front Office team during peak periods with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest services. Conduct briefings and facilitate effective communication between departments. Oversee emergency situations, ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and make sound, timely decisions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
