• Preparing, reviewing, calculating salary scales, preparing a study related to benefits and wages, making recommendations thereon, implementing monthly salaries and preparing all related statements.
• Calculating and following up termination and leave adjustments in the Government Resource Planning System.
• Implement financial impacts related to bonuses and promotions.
• Preparing and reviewing bonus and allowance reports.
• Audit and review the budget of the movement of jobs monthly in accordance with the decisions of appointment, termination of service, transfer and promotions.
• Study the results of the department's performance indicators and develop the necessary recommendations.
• Collect and analyze employee data to determine their eligibility for promotion and prepare the necessary reports.
• Preparing reports on the effective handling and implementation of human resources deductions and submitting reports and statements of external parties after auditing them to the Financial Affairs Department.
