About Us:
MAP Vision General Contracting LLC is a leading contracting company specializing in MEP services and infrastructure projects in the UAE. We are seeking skilled and experienced Ductmen to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of HVAC and ducting installations on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork for HVAC systems according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal sheets and other materials to create ducts.
• Assemble and connect duct components, ensuring proper alignment and sealing.
• Install duct systems, including flexible ducts, grilles, dampers, and diffusers.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Assist in the maintenance, repair, or modification of existing duct systems when required.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report daily progress and any issues to the Foreman or Site Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC/ducting is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in duct fabrication and installation.
• Strong knowledge of ducting materials, tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in construction and HVAC installation.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
