The role of a Chargehand in Ducting involves supervising and managing ducting installation and maintenance projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervising a team of ducting technicians and assistants.
• Task Assignment: Allocating duties and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Training and Development: Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in ducting installation and maintenance.
• Duct Installation: Overseeing the installation of ducting systems for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, including ductwork layout, fabrication, and assembly.
• Maintenance and Repair: Managing the maintenance and repair of existing ducting systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure ducting systems are installed and maintained to high standards of workmanship and performance.
• Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of ducting installation, repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
Experience:
• Chargehand Ducting: 3 years (Preferred)
