The Opportunity


As our first Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle,


from sourcing to onboarding, across a range of positions including tech, product, marketing,


and operations. You will have the freedom to create scalable recruiting processes, build a


world-class team, and establish the foundation for the company's long-term growth.


If you have experience recruiting in high-growth environments, love working in a fast-paced


space, and want to be part of a project set to make waves in the iGaming and


cryptocurrency sectors, this is the perfect role for you.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing


offers.

• Building a robust talent pipeline across tech, gaming, marketing, and operations


roles.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and crafting detailed


job descriptions.

• Developing and executing an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
• Managing relationships with external recruiters and agencies, ensuring alignment


with company culture.

• Designing and implementing recruitment processes and systems that can scale with


the company's growth.

• Mentoring and building a recruitment team as the business expands.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles in tech, marketing, operations, and


product.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both


candidates and stakeholders.

• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for building teams and recruitment processes from


scratch.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience recruiting in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or iGaming industries.
• A strong network in the crypto or tech space.
• Experience working with global, multi-territory teams and products.
