We are seeking ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our professional team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches to provide informed advice to clients.
• Prospecting: Proactively prospect leads through networking, referrals, etc.
• Property Listings: List properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful deals.
• Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Documentation: Assist clients with all necessary paperwork and legal formalities related to property transactions.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong Communication Skills: Professional and persuasive in client interactions.
• Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market: Familiarity with RERA regulations, property laws, and market dynamics.
• Driver's License: Valid UAE driver's license and own a car is a plus.
• Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets in a commission-based role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
