As the Interior Fitout Site Supervisor, you will be solely responsible for managing interior fitout projects from initiation to completion. You will prepare detailed plans of execution, assign subcontractors, select material suppliers, and ensure all resources are effectively utilized. Your goal will be to deliver projects within the agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed execution plans for interior fitout projects, ensuring clarity in scope and objectives.

- Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

- Assign tasks to subcontractors and supervise their performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

- Source and evaluate material suppliers and manpower providers experienced in the Dubai market, ensuring high-quality resources are procured at competitive prices.

- Manage relationships with all types of subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.

- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion within financial constraints.

- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues that arise.

- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any delays or challenges encountered during the project.

- Maintain effective communication with all team members, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the interior fitout industry, specifically in Dubai.

- Strong knowledge of local material suppliers, manpower providers, and diverse subcontractor types in the Dubai market.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively.
