Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Interior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in interior construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activitiesensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve any issues or changes in project scope.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide training and support to junior staff and new hires. Requirements
• Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and highlight any discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
