Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with a proven track record of working in Dubai's construction industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of interior renovation projects and maintenance work, along with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior renovation projects based on drawings and specifications

- Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction phase

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with budget constraints

- Conduct on-site visits and assessments as needed

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in Dubai

- Proficiency in construction estimation software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
