Permanent People are delighted to be working with an award-winning Dubai based recruitment agency with offices around the globe. They specialise in some niche sectors and they are seeking experienced recruitment consultants to join their team.
The Role:
This is a 360 recruitment role where you will take on a new desk in the Tech/IT sector and expand the companys network by winning new clients and generating new leads using your knowledge of the market and the companys reputation. Due to the nature of the work, there will be a lot of face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients and candidates. Your task will be to help grow our clients tech division, and work in a quality-over-quantity led manner.

About You:
- At least 1 years 360 recruitment experience in Dubai currently
- Ideally, this would be in the Tech sector - AI, Support, DevOps etc...
- Good track record of billing
- Another 1-3 years agency experience either in the UAE or before you relocated (UK, Europe, Australia etc...)
- Strong attitude towards sales and business development
