Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Dubai Customs PRO and Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all Dubai Trade / Customs related activities and provide comprehensive support for operations/customer care processes. This role demands a deep understanding of UAE customs regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customs PRO Duties:

Undertake customs clearance activities for Inbound Air & Sea freight shipments

Knowledge and Experience of Dubai trade, CALOGI is a must

Coordinate with all the stakeholders in the process

Delivery coordination with internal and external fleet

1. Operations Assistant in Customs Clearance:

Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation according to customs regulations.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to ensure the timely clearance and delivery of goods.

Track and monitor shipments through the customs clearance process.

Ensure accurate calculation and payment of customs duties and taxes.

Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during customs clearance.

Maintain accurate records of all customs-related transactions and documentation.

Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and reporting.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PRO role and/or customs clearance operations in Dubai.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Dubai customs regulations and procedures.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.

A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
