Responsibilities

Communicating pertinent information to all customer care associates.
Communicating effectively and efficiently with all company associates.
Communicating all operational, service, and personal, issues to the appropriate center supervisor or manager.
Customer Interact
Offering personal help and reassurance when needed.
Providing relevant, accurate, and adequate information to the customers.
Processing all customer requests and complaints accurately and efficiently.
Interacting respectfully with customers from various countries and cultures.
Ensuring all customers are provided with gracious, quick, and efficient service.
Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and providing professional support.
Ability to communicate special features and services unique to the customer's needs.
Responsible to respond inquiries relating to the services (test, Registration, Renewal, etc.).
Achieving minimum 'Wait' time and 'Serve' time to aim for reducing the TAT continuously.
Information Analysis
Identifying possible reasons for problems or trends in data.
Seeking relevant information when trying to understand Issues.
Updating knowledge and providing information relating to the company (specialization, fees, etc.).
Considering a wide range of alternatives while making decisions bearing the benefit to the company as the main priority.
Quickly understands and draws logical and correct inferences from a wide range of business related written and numerical data.
Performance
Adhering to grooming and dress code standards to uphold the company's image.
Ensuring the enforcement of company rules and efficiently providing crowd control.
Ensuring that the service delivered to our customers meets the role's and RTA Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs').
Supporting and modeling excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company to the internal customers in all forms of customer care.
