Project Management Manager

Job Requirements

1.Responsible for operation and daily project management, supervise and manage project process, project quality and project risk, follow internal project management process and standards, improve efficiency and achieve goals.

2.Responsible for product development project management, organizing business planning, project initiation, demand review, resource coordination, etc., to assist in business development.

3.Develop project plans, coordinate project resources, evaluate and control changes in the project to ensure smooth implementation.

4.Effectively manage project stakeholders, establish a good communication mechanism, coordinate with internal/external departments/personnel, and proactively promote project execution.

5.Identify project risks in a timely manner, organize and assess the impact of risks, formulate response plans, report/synchronize risk information to key stakeholders, and track and promote the resolution of risk issues.

6.Help project team to improve project quality, and make suggestions to improve the existing project management system.

Job Responsibilities

1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years full-time project management experience, operation and production research background is preferred.

2.Strong learning and summarizing ability, clear thinking, strong communication skills, adaptability, can handle cross-departmental collaboration and conflict resolution.

3.PMP and other related project management certification is preferred.

4.Priority to those who have experience in Internet industry and financial industry (bank).

5.English is the working language

Salary range: 20k-30k
