• Lead the IT infrastructure and support services team in managing and maintaining a robust and reliable technology infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems, servers, storage, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Manage IT support services, including help desk support, hardware and software maintenance, and user training programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure IT systems meet business needs and service level agreements.
• Mentor and guide IT staff on infrastructure best practices, technologies, and customer service standards.
• Analyze IT performance metrics and service levels to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and infrastructure trends, implementing innovative solutions to enhance IT capabilities.
• Serve as the key liaison between the IT infrastructure team and senior management, providing updates, recommendations, and strategic insights
Qualifications
Baccalaureate: 11 years of experience
