Job Location : Dubai
Job type: 12 months
- Handle VFD module services & testing in DSW and related support extended to DSW team.
- DSW admin support including report preparation case by case and data entry.
- Follow up with customers/ internal sales support/ Order handlers on case status and update case file and module tags.
- Confirm DIB reporting- count based on correct category and services.
- DSW case data file entry and update with utmost accuracy.
- Tagging module received in DSW and apply sticker to module delivering/return to customer.
- Keep track of drive arriving and leaving the workshop and keep customer informed the progress of the repair in coordination
- with workshop team.
- Handling spare parts and ensure they are re-filled after consumption and replaced based on revision upon requirement.
- Warranty case follow-up to close the cases on time with warranty reports and return materials (RMA) to factory to avoid
- Electrical/electronic technical background preferred.
- Service Job experience preferred.
- Knowledge on VFD\'s & Motors will have added advantage.
- Knowledge in information technology.
- Administrative skills
- Good Knowledge in MS office(excel)
- English Language & good communication skill
