This role requires extensive experience in dry utilities engineering, site supervision, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans for dry utility systems, including water supply, wastewater, drainage, and telecommunications.
Design Oversight: Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for dry utility systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and oversight of dry utility installation activities, including trenching, piping, cable laying, and equipment installation. Monitor progress, quality, and safety to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Contractor Management: Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the installation of dry utility systems. Coordinate work activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and inspection procedures to ensure the integrity and functionality of dry utility systems. Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify and address any defects or deficiencies promptly.
Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations on-site to minimize risks and prevent accidents. Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among project team members and contractors.

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in dry utilities engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in Ras Al Khaimah or the GCC region, preferably in road and infrastructure projects.
Strong site supervision skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of dry utility systems, including water supply, wastewater, drainage, and telecommunications.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing dry utility installations in the UAE.
