Roles and responsibilities
• Coding of products in MOHAP, DHA, DOH
• Amending and extending of drug code.
• Compliance with relevant regulatory legislation and guidelines and internal procedure.
• Manage the provision of information requested by regulatory authorities.
• Manage communication between regulatory affairs, regulatory authorities, and licensing parties is required.
• Assisting Regulatory Affairs Manager.
• Preparation of SOP for the company.
• Updating and reporting the ADR to the associated companies.
• Reviewing ADR and Submission of ADR to DOH and pharmacovigilance centre.
• Managing and resolving complaints about the product and taking corrective and preventative action.
• Taking approvals from the portals like MOHAP, TAMM, Department of Economic Development.
• Licenses for advertisements, audio, and websites from MOHAP.
• Addition of specialties to the centre.
• Network (Insurance) addition for the facility.
• Conducting campaigns like Blood donations, immunization week etc.
• Updating policies of the medical centre.
• Insurance Coordinator
• Preparation of guidelines and updating pharmacists about the insurance requirement and new laws and policies.
• Assisting and resolving the issues faced by Pharmacists with the portals Nano PBM, Open jet, and Shafafiya.
• Updating profile of pharmacies and passwords in Shafafiya.
• Maintaining insurance contracts and network addition to the pharmacy.
• Maintaining relationships and communicating with insurance companies.
• Updating insurance companies and portals with updated licenses of the facilities.
• Examining the invoices submitted to the insurance department by the pharmacists for appropriateness.
Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or medical degree
