Drivers undertake various transporting duties and typically work to deliver the company's products in a professional manner.

Tasks

Delivering packages and products to customers in a timely manner.

Maintaining an organized travel schedule by following the delivery schedule set by the operations manager, and refer back to him for any change in the delivery plan.

Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.

Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order before transporting goods.

Make sure Delivery Orders and Invoices are signed when delivering products.

Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to avoid accidents, incidents or fines.

Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.

Interacting with clients in professional conduct.

Carrying out vehicle maintenance and safety checks and arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.

Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.

Performing other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements and skills

UAE valid driving license, the type required for the driven vehicle. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a driving position. Proficiency using GPS devices. Good English skills, Arabic is a plus. Punctual, good communication and problem-solving Skills.
