Job Description

The Role

Safely drive the CEO to and from office, meetings, events, and personal appointments as required. o Plan routes in advance to optimize travel time and avoid traffic delays. o Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled at all times. o Handle parking, tolls, and other driving-related tasks efficiently. o Assist with carrying luggage, packages, and documents when necessary. o Run errands and deliver documents or packages as instructed by the CEO. o Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing or repairs. o Keep a log of travel details, expenses, and mileage. o Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. o Maintain strict confidentiality regarding CEO's conversations, plans, and personal matters. o Ensure security of the CEO during travel and identify potential safety risks. o Excellent knowledge of local traffic rules and city routes. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations. o Time management and punctuality.

Requirements

Valid and clean driver's license. o Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. o Professional appearance and demeanor. o Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver, preferably for senior management or C-level executives.
