Key Accountabilities

Safely transport clients, packages, and goods to and from designated locations.

Ensure punctual arrivals at destinations by planning and managing travel time effectively.

Handle administrative tasks, including office pickups and deliveries.

Research and prepare for potential delays such as traffic, construction, and weather conditions. Utilize navigation tools and applications to choose the most efficient routes.

Always maintain a professional and courteous interaction with clients.

Ensure the vehicle is consistently fueled, maintained, and ready for use.

Arrange for vehicle repairs or servicing when necessary.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications and knowledge

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience atleast 2-3 years as a driver, preferably in a similar field.

Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic laws.

Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
