Job Posting: Home Healthcare Driver

We are seeking an experienced Home Healthcare Driver to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of our nurses and caregivers to and from clients' homes. The ideal candidate will provide reliable transportation support, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency of our home healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport nurses and caregivers to clients' homes for scheduled visits and shifts.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures to maintain smooth home healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to plan efficient routes and accommodate daily schedule changes.
• Assist nurses and caregivers in loading and unloading equipment and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting routine checks to ensure safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with the scheduling team and healthcare professionals to provide updates on transportation status.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of all passengers.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in transporting healthcare professionals or caregivers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to scheduling changes and handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards healthcare professionals and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

• Own visa
• Own car
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver
