Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Driver cum Site Supervisor

to support our interior fit-out projects by overseeing site activities while also managing transportation needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to coordinate materials, workers, and logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Driving & Logistics:

Safely transport materials, equipment, and workers to and from project sites. Ensure timely delivery and collection of materials from suppliers. Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness. Follow all road safety regulations and company transportation policies.

Site Supervision & Coordination:

Assist in managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed as per schedule. Monitor workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with the project team for material deliveries and installation schedules. Ensure proper site documentation, including attendance records and daily work reports. Report any site issues or delays to the project manager.

Material Handling & Storage:

Verify materials received at the site and ensure proper storage. Assist in maintaining an inventory of tools and materials at the site. Prevent damage or loss of company assets by ensuring secure handling.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols on-site. Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the management immediately. Enforce cleanliness and organization on the site to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years

of experience in site supervision or logistics. Valid

UAE Manual Driving License

(able to drive company vehicles, including pickups and vans). Experience in

interior fit-out projects

is a plus. Ability to

read and understand site plans & drawings

is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of site safety regulations and compliance. Good communication skills in

English & Hindi (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
