Responsibilities

• Driving Duties
• Safely transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from project sites.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and complies with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Keep accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Site Supervision
• Oversee daily activities on construction/project sites to ensure timely progress and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor and maintain safety measures at the site as per company guidelines.
• Report project updates, issues, and progress to management.
• General Administration
• Assist with procurement and inventory management of construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain documentation related to site activities, attendance, and other records as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver (valid Manual license is a must).
• Prior experience in site supervision, construction, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle site conditions.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all road safety rules and regulations while driving.

Follow company safety protocols while handling equipment and working on-site.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE driving: 1 year (Preferred)
