Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Driver Coordinator/Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, arranging, and managing our freelance drivers. Key Responsibilities: Source and coordinate freelance drivers Schedule and manage driver assignments and deliveries Monitor and manage driver performance to ensure they meet company standards and comply with regulations Handle any driver-related issues and provide support as needed Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, schedules, and performance Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or transportation Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and managing freelance drivers Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in using smartphones and internet-based tools Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills Must have a valid Iqama Please send your CV
