Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Safely drive and operate a lightweight vehicle (van, small truck, etc.) for the transportation of rolling shutters, parts, and materials to and from production sites, client locations, and suppliers. Assist with loading and unloading of rolling shutters and related products, ensuring they are securely transported. Ensure products are delivered on time, meeting customer expectations and delivery schedules. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure it is in safe working condition before and after use. Maintain accurate delivery logs, noting the mileage, fuel usage, delivery status, and any issues encountered during transportation. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries. Communicate with customers during deliveries to confirm their availability and ensure products are correctly placed. Maintain clean and organized vehicle conditions, ensuring the proper care of the goods in transit. Adhere to all road safety rules and company policies during transportation. Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to the supervisor immediately. Follow routes efficiently and keep up with traffic regulations to minimize delays.

Qualifications

:

Valid driver's license appropriate for lightweight vehicles (manual and automatic). Clean driving record with no major violations. Ability to lift and handle rolling shutters or materials up to [specific weight limit]. Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and reliability.

:

Familiarity with GPS and route planning software. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
