Job Description

Job Objective:

Safely operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the timely and secure transportation of passengers or goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company or personal vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials as required. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance and servicing. Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to identify any mechanical issues. Plan routes and adapt to traffic or weather conditions to ensure timely arrival. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessary. Keep a record of travel logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Ensure the security and safety of transported passengers or cargo. Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by the employer.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type. Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record. Knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations. Good navigation skills and familiarity with GPS applications. Ability to handle long driving hours and different weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
