Key Responsibilities:

Purpose:

Ensure the safe and timely delivery of documents, packages, and materials, while maintaining the vehicle in top condition.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Perform miscellaneous tasks involving the pick-up and delivery of office mail, documents, important papers, and records of a priority nature, purchase orders, supplies, etc. Hand-carry important documents and other materials directly to the addressee. Ensure the vehicle used is maintained by filling with gas, checking and replenishing oil and water, servicing batteries and tires, and washing windows. Pick up vehicles for service or repair and return them once work is completed. Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager.

Requirements:

Education:

School or equivalent education is required. UAE Driving License

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in delivery or transportation.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to communicate basic instructions in English; strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
