Job Description

• Transportation of Personnel and Goods : Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to various locations as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Conduct regular checks on vehicles, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and fueled. Report any mechanical issues.
• Adherence to Safety Regulations : Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo.
• Schedule Management : Maintain and adhere to schedules for pickups and drop-offs, optimizing routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Communication : Stay in touch with the facility management team for updates on schedules, special requests, or changes in routes.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of trips, vehicle mileage, maintenance logs, and any incidents or accidents.
• Emergency Preparedness : Be prepared to handle emergencies, including site breakdowns to shift technical teams .
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding transportation and vehicle operation.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, such as Facility Engineers, Supervisors, to support overall operational goals.
