Job Description

Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner;

Performs within the lines of and respects the Traffic regulations as stipulated by the relevant authorities;

Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for employees and guests, and reads and interprets road signs in English & Arabic;

Presents safety briefing to passengers prior to each trip departure;

Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside;

Communicates with the Car Leasing company to seek out accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, incident reports, accident reports, fine reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management;

Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required;

Fuels the assigned vehicle(s);

Maintains the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle;

Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with the Car Leasing company to minimize service interruptions;

Serves as a positive role model while providing transportation service;

Performs such other duties as may be required;

Requirements

· Experienced in same field preferable if worked with VIP's

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent knowledge of the governments entities locations

· Presentable
