Key Responsibilities:
Technical Drawings and Plans:
• Review the detailed drawings for various aspects of the master plan, including buildings, infrastructure, and landscapes.
• Develop site plans, floor plans, elevation drawings, and section drawings.
Collaboration with the Design Team:
• Work closely with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other design professionals to ensure drawings accurately reflect the project's specifications and requirements.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions from the design team into the drawings.
CAD and Revit Software Proficiency:
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and Revit software to produce high-quality, precise drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD software and tools to improve drawing efficiency and quality.
Adherence to Standards:
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in drawings according to established drafting standards and practices.
Detailing and Specifications:
• Include detailed specifications and annotations on drawings, such as dimensions, materials, and construction methods.
• Provide detailed drawings of specific components or systems as needed.
Revisions and Updates:
• Update drawings based on changes to the master plan or feedback from stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized record of all revisions and versions of drawings.
Coordination with Project Team:
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure drawings are completed on schedule.
• Provide support and clarification to construction teams and contractors based on the drawings.
3D Modeling and Visualization:
When needed, create 3D models and visualizations to help stakeholders better understand the master plan.
Documentation and Archiving:
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings are properly archived and accessible for future reference.
