Job Title : DRAUGHTSMAN/CAD OPERATOR

Location: Business Bay, Dubai Benefits: As per UAE law Salary: As per Candidate's Profile

Looking for a dynamic person to join its growing team. The person would be responsible for all the CAD and design works related to projects and tenders. Details of duties and requirements given below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analize CAD drawings, for civil, ID, Fit out and Joinery woeks.
• Reviewing and assessing design information received from clients/consultants for ongoing projects and tenders. o Make drawings and material submission schedule and follow the same.
• Support QS and project team in any quantity takeoff.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors. o Prepare and Analyze AutoCad 2D Drawings.
• Should know Rendering works and 3D design including BIM. Requirements:
• The candidate should have minimum 2- 5 years' experience in draughting and design in the UAE. o Must have have a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
• Technically sound, Analytical and detail-oriented
• Good IT systems knowledge and skills including AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop BIM software.
• Excellent time-management skills and communications skills
