Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and designs for interior fitout projects using AutoCAD or relevant software.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to interpret client requirements and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for submission and project execution.
• Coordinate with the project manager and site team to ensure drawings align with project timelines and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site modifications.
• Maintain documentation of all drawings and related project records.

Eligibility Requirements

• Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the UAE's fitout and interiors industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and MEP coordination in fitout projects.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to project requirements.
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
