Draughtsman Responsibility Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare engineering shop drawings, details, sections, charts and similar documents from IFC drawings and specifications as directed. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and verify detailed Civil-Architectural & Structural shop drawings including 3D models. \xc2\xb7 Produce and verify fabrication and installation drawings. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that site works are executed as per approved shop drawings and as per project schedule requirements. \xc2\xb7 Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and modifications based on structural engineer request. \xc2\xb7 Prepare bill of materials and weight calculations. \xc2\xb7 Complies with drawing presentation as per project specifications and Engineering standard. \xc2\xb7 Updates the drawings library as needed. \xc2\xb7 According to the requirements of the technical manager, able to deepened the shop drawings of structure and IFC of decoration into the shop drawings that can be used for on-site construction. \xc2\xb7 According to the requirements of the technical manager, able to check the shop drawings which returned from rebar factory and found out the mistake based on the IFC shop rawings and report to technical manager immediately. \xc2\xb7 According to the requirements, able to Check the BBS which returned from the steel plant based on the shop srawings and report to technical manager immediately if found out any misktaes. \xc2\xb7 Able to complete the tasks assigned by the technical manager and other leaders. Draughtsman Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge and understanding in Architectural finishes, RCC structure and steel structural drafting. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related to. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of work experience in UAE in Architectural/Structural Consultancy or Contracting company. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with software such as AutoCAD 2013 or later version, REVIT & 3D View. \xc2\xb7 Experience in producing engineering shop drawing and Rebar detail drawings for site construction works. \xc2\xb7 Able to work under committed deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Can join immediately will be advantage.
