Tekmeen Tech Cont. LLC is in search for a skilled Technical Draftsman/Designer specializing in facade works and has experience in the marble industry. He will be responsible in assessing the project requirements, analyzing costs, and providing accurate and competitive estimates for marble-related projects.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including sales, project management, and procurement, to ensure that our pricing aligns with market standards while meeting client expectations.
The hired person will be responsible of the following tasks and outputs:
• Project Assessment
- Review project specifications and drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
-Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
• Cost Analysis:
-Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
-Utilize historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure accurate cost estimations.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quantity Takeoff:
-Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings.
-Work closely with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing for marble materials.
• Estimation Documentation:
-Prepare comprehensive and well-organized cost estimates, including detailed breakdowns of costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
-Clearly communicate assumptions, exclusions, and any special considerations that may impact the estimate.
