Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and shop drawings for fitout and joinery projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
• Review and modify designs based on feedback and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with other team members to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into the drawings.
• Maintain an organized database of all project drawings and documentation.
• Assist in resolving design issues and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the fitout and joinery industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Draftsman in the fitout and joinery sector within the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and relevant building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in Architectural Drafting, Design, or a related field is preferred.
