•Job Title:• MEP Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) shop drawings and builder work drawings.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Prepare and develop detailed MEP shop drawings as per project specifications and client requirements.

- Create builder work drawings, including coordinated layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Review and understand project plans, design documents, and specifications.

- Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent designs.

- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.

- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings.

•Requirements:•

- Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and builder work requirements.

- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred.
